Bi-LINE provides safe access on top of a wide variety of vehicles including, petrol - powder - insulated - demountable and rail tankers, refuse collection vehicles and box containers. Bi-LINE can be designed to suit specific requirements.

Bi-LINE has been developed in response to a demand from sectors of the haulage industry requesting safer access on top of their vehicles.

The Bi-LINE system provides safe access by means of two parallel restraint lines connected to which is a unique dual lanyard. To secure access the operative, wearing a comfortable work positioning belt, connects a swivel hook on the dual lanyard to a sliding D shackle on the belt. The lanyard is connected to the two restraint lines by rollers. The lanyard rollers travel is limited by stoppers that allow access to the full length of the vehicle but prevent the operative stepping off the ends of the vehicle. The lanyard’s swivel hook is able to slide between two stoppers allowing access across the width of the vehicle but prevent the operative stepping off the sides of the vehicle. The D shackle connector on the operatives belt is able to slide around the waist on a strap, this allows the operative to turn through 180º giving access in all directions on the vehicle.
